⚠️ Before you start — two non-negotiables.

1. A paid plan is a must. Use Claude on a paid tier with Co-Work access. Free tiers can't run scheduled tasks.

2. Give your AI your business context first. This only works if it already knows you.

• No context docs yet? Start with the Brief it Better Prompt Pack to build them, then load them into a Project called “my business”.
• Already ran Clauded Up #5? Save its three outputs (what you stopped carrying, where you're underpriced, your first move) somewhere Claude can see them next time — that's what makes the automated version actually compare quarter to quarter instead of starting cold.

The move

The carousel version works once. You open a chat, answer the questions, get your 90-day plan, then life happens and you never reopen it.

The automated version doesn't wait for you to remember. It shows up on its own schedule, asks the same sharp questions, and — because it remembers what you told it last time — tells you what's actually changed.

Do this:

1. Already using Claude day to day? Open a chat and paste: "Based on everything you know about me and my business from our past conversations, write me a context file I can use to set up a new project — cover my business, my offers, my ideal client, and my voice." Save what it hands back — that's your context for Step 4.
2. In Claude Co-Work, create a new Project and name it “Business Strategy.”
