Step 1 — Track where your time actually goes

For one week, keep a running note open. Every time you do something repetitive, draggy, or that you've done a hundred times before — write it down.

Look for:

• The email you rewrite from scratch every time (enquiries, follow-ups, onboarding)
• The post or caption you reformat across platforms
• The report, invoice summary, or update you rebuild weekly
• The "quick" admin task that quietly eats half your morning
